The goal of the implementation was to automate and simplify the process from prospect to customer for the High Group. Emails should be tracked, contacts created, and calls documented without the need for active manual intervention.
Our contacts at High. particularly emphasized the desire to streamline their daily workflow, allowing them to focus on conversations with their customers. Repetitive tasks, such as drafting the initial email, creating contacts, or managing deal stages, were to be automated.
